  • Drink lemonade to feel fresh
  • Eat watermelon that is a good source of vitamins, water and certain minerals like calcium and sodium
  • Use glucose for getting instant energy

How to keep your lips and nasal cavity smooth?

  • Apply vaseline on lips so they will stay moist and smooth.
  • Put some drops or apply olive oil on nose so that it will prevent dryness in the nasal tract.

How can we keep our surrounding cool?

  • Shower water in your lawn early in the morning so the plants will also feel fresh and will provide you with enough oxygen which will be good if you do exercise or deep breathing. If the humidity is low then it will keep the area moist.
  • In the room, you can keep pots filled with water (If humidifier isn’t available)

Don’t forget your pets and birds, they need your attention

Fill their water pots with water. Go and check the yard, balcony or the area where they live or come and sit usually. Give them their food also.

Have a check in your neighbourhood

If you have a proper space outside home, you can keep coolers and covered glasses so those who are thirsty they can quench their thirst.

Take care!
